LF1700-F1 Heavy Model High Speed Laminator can realize two lamination methods: one is linerless film lamination, the other is cold lamination.

Linerless Film Lamination Method:

Extend the film, go around the top of the linerless paper bar, with the glue side facing up, pass between the rollers and wrap it on the finished material roller. Or someone pulls the film, and after the lamination starts, put the film quickly and flatly wound around the finished material roller.

Cold Lamination Method:

When cold lamination film is used for cold lamination, heating is generally not required, but if the silicone roller is heated to 40-50 °C, the cold lamination effect will be better.

Extend the film, pass through the two rollers and wrap it on the finished material roller. Or someone pulls the film, and after the lamination starts, put the film quickly and flatly wound around the finished material roller.

Use a cutter to separate the film and the backing paper at the appropriate position, lift the backing paper on the upper part to separate it from the film, and fix it flatly on the end paper material bar. Tighten the picture and lay it flat on the front worktable, insert the white edge part of the front end of the picture between the upper and lower rollers, put the paper pressure bar, and drop the upper roller.

Note: After the backing paper is separated, the film should be free of wrinkles, and the film should be tightly attached to the surface of the roller to keep it flat.

Note: The faster the speed of the roller, the faster the heat dissipation, please select the appropriate lamination temperature and speed.
